Sappiamo bene che Titano Primitivo è una carta fortissima in molti dei formati in cui è legale, e il Timeless, malgrado il suo power level altissimo, non fa eccezione nemmeno per una creatura dal costo di mana così alto. Ebbene, l'idea del mazzo è fondamentalmente semplice: accelerare il mana con le varie creaturine da un mana ed eventualmente la Flare, lanciare titano anche di terzo turno (potenzialmente anche di secondo grazie a Grazer, Flare, Sunken Citadel e Castle Garenbrig, ma è fantamagic), fetchare una o più copie di Campo dei Morti e vincere la partita con un'orda inarrestabile di zombie. Ci sono poi un sacco di wincon alternative, dato che un piano così lineare può essere vulnerabile: Titan of Industry può essere messo in campo da Natural Order o anche semplicemente lanciato, Craterhoof Behemoth può dare ai nostri zombie la forza di chiudere anche di fronte a numerosi bloccanti, mentre l'Abbazia può essere girata abbastanza facilmente un avolta che il Campo dei Morti è a terra, dandoci un attaccante enorme, evasivo e che guadagna vite. In sideboard abbiamo anche Kogla e il Tiranno, utili in altre occasioni.

La sideboard è in realtà abbastanza intuitiva, tanto che l'ho inserita io, perché quella dell'autore di questa lista faceva, rispettosamente, schifo, pietà e compassione. I Veli servono contro Control, nonché contro Scam se siete on the play, Get Lost è una rimozione generale che toglie anche Planeswalker, incantesimi fastidiosi e perfino il nostro terrore più grande, ovvero Luna Insanguinata. Potete sostituirli senza problemi con Swords to Plowshares se preferite, dipende da cosa temete di più. High Noon è molto forte contro vari mazzi combo, come Breach Tendrils, Boros Energy o quei pazzi che giocano ancora Show and Tell quando Grief è legale. Force of Vigor e Generous Ent sono invece carte sempre valide e adatte a molte situazioni, ma entrambe sono innanzitutto pensate per aiutarvi contro Blood Moon.

Infine, come affrontare questo mazzo se lo incontrate: Titan Field fa tantissimo valore. La semplice attesa gli permette di raggiungere i suoi 6 mana, quindi gli è sufficiente topdeckare le carte giuste per vincere. Tuttavia soffre molto l'aggressione veloce, dato che la sua unica difesa efficace nei primi turni è Arboreal Grazer, facilmente rimuovibile con un Fulmine o una Spinta Fatale. Scartini e counter per Titano e Natural Order gli fanno molto male, ma occhio a Cavern of Souls! Inoltre interagire con le sue terre gli fa molto male. Se siete in rosso suggerisco di considerare almeno 3 copie della Luna, mentre in blu di Harbinger of the Seas. Rimuovere il Titano una volta entrato è anche una risposta, ma le terre già fetchate non saranno belle da vedere.

In generale, Titan Field è un mazzo solidissimo, costoso in termini di wildcard ma intramontabile. Lo consiglio anche a giocatori che non l'hanno mai provato in altri formati, dato che è molto più semplice da usare rispetto alla sua versione Modern.
